Neal Rider
CEO
Neal provides strategic leadership and manages the company's performance. Previously, he co-founded two successful cold storage companies: Emergent Cold and AGRO Merchants Group, and also served as Chief Operating Officer of Americold Logistics.
David Palfenier
President
David has overall responsibility for the company's day-to-day commercial operations. He has more than three decades of executive experience in logistics and distribution businesses, including experience leading the Latin American operations of the AGRO Merchants Group and president of ConAgra Frozen Foods.
Pedro Moreira
CFO
Pedro is the company's senior financial executive. He has managed the financial area in various technology and logistics companies. Most recently, he was a partner and financial director at Gulf Capital Partners.
Mike Bender
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Mike is responsible for the company's legal and corporate compliance, and for merger and acquisition activities. Previously, he was general counsel for two of Oaktree Capital Management's portfolio companies: AGRO Merchants Group and Hanley Wood.
Ricardo Jacob
SVP Operations
Ricardo leads the entire operational area of the company, including engineering, technology and the environment. His previous experience includes Vice President of Operations at the AGRO Merchants Group and Head of Supply Chain at Marfrig.
Rafa Rocha
SVP Commercial
Rafael heads the company's sales and marketing activities. He was previously co-founder and general manager of Galores Cold Storage, which was acquired by Emergent Cold LatAm in August 2021.
Adam Rushby
SVP Network Optimization
Adam leads the network’s optimization team for all construction in the region. He joined the company from Lineage and before that, was the executive vice president of engineering and solutions at the AGRO Merchants Group.
Daniel Matamala
VP Human Resources
Daniel is our senior Human Resources executive. He was previously Global Human Resources Officer for Westfalia Fruit.
Alain Eichmann
Managing Director Andean
Alain leads our businesses in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. He has held senior management roles in multinational logistics companies.
Evandro Calanca
Managing Director South Cone
Evandro leads our businesses in Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay. He was previously CEO of Comfrio and held senior positions at global food and pharmaceutical companies.
Juan Pablo Benitez
Managing Director Mexico & Caribbean
Juan Pablo leads our business in Guatemala, Panama, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. He was previously CEO of Suministros & Alimentos and was also the General Manager of Axionlog.
